Friendly staff always asking

This hotel suits me perfectly. I appreciate the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and flat-screen TV. I still remember how the staff brought me a hot drink when I was cold during my first stay. I’m coming back for Easter!

I had a lovely stay at Plaza Chorley. The room was clean and well-decorated, featuring a cozy armchair perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Breakfast options were limited.

The Double Room with Mobility Accessible Tub offered a spacious layout, providing room to move around without feeling cramped. The accessibility features were a thoughtful touch for those who need them.

The hotel experience took a hit due to the breakfast arrangement. instead of having a standard offering, the request process felt cumbersome, as food was simply microwaved and served in takeaway containers. The overall atmosphere felt a bit neglected, which could detract from the intended comfort.

the plaza had very friendly staff that made us feel welcome. our deluxe double room was clean, warm, and equipped with a great tv, tea/coffee, and biscuits. i loved that it was just a short bus ride to the train stations and shops. my mum especially enjoyed reminiscing about her old home nearby.

Ideal for solo travelers needing comfort

Very clean, and had proper big towels! Lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. I had to stay an extra night and the staff were very accommodating, they really helped me out when I needed a last-minute change. The pub next door does some decent food and it was perfect for grabbing meals after long days.

Wasn't inexpensive, but acceptable for the quality.

We had a fantastic stay, particularly enjoying the cozy, spacious room and the delicious breakfast options, even if the timing was not ideal for us. Would love to visit again!
